Structural Analysis & Design

Structural Design Validation

We validate, proof check the structural design:

1)To check the structural strength, safety, and code compliance considering gravity, wind, and earthquake design.

2)To check possibilities of cost reduction and economy while ensuring strength and safety.

3)To check the possibilities of enhancements, and expansion considerations in the existing structure.

Structural Design Optimisation

We understand the natural resources consumed in manufacturing steel and concrete are utilisation of our National Reserves. We consider ourselves responsible for providing Optimum (Not Minimum!) design solutions to serve the functional purpose of the structure, and future considerations and yet save the raw materials, which also results in reduced construction cost. We believe in providing robust design using optimum consumption of construction materials.

Tender & Specifications Documentation

Structural specifications are a part of our submission packages. We understand that specifications form a vital document to ensure quality construction, compliance of requirements, client and contractor satisfaction. We believe in making extra efforts to prepare or assist in technical documentation.

Bill of Quantities & Estimation

We prepare or assist in preparing BOQs for structural items. Detailed structural steel quantities form a part of our submissions, which assist in appointing the appropriate contractors, precise project cost evaluation, and validation of quotations in the tendering and bidding process.
